The following conditions apply when renting one of our apartments.
• From July through September weekly rentals only (arrival on Saturday)
• Check out before 10.00 am, Check in from 4 pm
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside
• Casas de la Seda is not suitable for groups of teenagers
• Maximum 6 adults allowed (Brocado sleeps 6 adults and 2 children, if you are 8 pers. = +100 euros)
• Pool hours from 10am till 10 pm
• Pool will be cleaned weekly. Garden will be watered every 3 days
• Upon arrival the beds will be made.
• 2 sets of towels per person
• 1 beach towel per person per week
• When you make your reservation you can indicate your preferred apartment. We will take your preference into consideration in our planning, however we can not guarantee you will stay in your preferred apartment.
